Alexis Posted June 29, 2005 Share Posted June 29, 2005 When I got around to changing our telephone line to our present house, I was thrilled to be able to have a Livebox and go really, really fast.Well. It doesn't work.I have phoned Wanadoo on numerous occasions and they said that it was a fault in the line. Right. Still nothing very fast happening.Explain to me without ANY jargon or initials - PC I understand - what should be happening. I am on my 'old' Wanadoo line. The new icon for Wanadoo and configeration of my Livebox don't work. If I plug in the Livebox to the power, this old line isn't available.....I'm right p***ed off.
