There is a link that will let you check your anniversary date. If you have just renewed for another year I'm afraid they will expect you to pay the rest of the year's subscription.I assume that they will tell you what to do with the box etc, when you cancel. You will see in your contract that if you don't return the bits they will debit your account, if the existing deposit is not large enough!. Well thats how TPS works.......
