The answer to any problem what so ever was reinstall the disk that came with the PC - forgetting to tell the PC owner that they would lose everything in the process.I used to do a roaring trade with Time owners in the UK - I would back up their files and sort out the PC, something Time seemed unable to do.Had an original Tiny machine when they first came out and they were great.I feel sorry for their staff and the owners of the machines.
