Cancelling Tiscali

I understand now that since July we have new rules regarding cancelling a long standing contract. The problem is that my French is not good enough to wade through their new terms and conditions.

Now I want to give them notice that I wish to cancel - I may well stay with them if I can I just want to go through the motions. Can someone please tell me what I now have to do.

Gives all the details , including a model letter!

for Tiscali it is basically a recorded delivery letter, giving two months notice.

Of course the easiest/ lazy  way to send the letter is by La Poste's recorded delivery by internet system.
