Wanadoo Suspension

I have Wanadoo dial up which permits temporary suspension.  However, Having thought I suspended matters on-line I have been subsequently billed.  I find the Wanadoo site difficult to navigate and difficulties with the language does not help.  I e-mailed the Assistance section and requested suspension, but as is typical with French org's it has not been responded to.  I sent a letter to Wanadoo at Bordeaux but this too has been ignored.  Any suggestions, or advice on how to navigate to the appropriate section for 'suspension' on their web site.

However because the French work in calendar months and their requirement to give advance notice. If you notified them say on the 21st July, and reconnected on the 21st September you would save nothing. Why? Because you are too late to cancel August, and have reconnected in September. In this case it would be have been better to use their dial-up offer during September then reconnect from 1 October.
