miaviv Posted January 27, 2006 Share Posted January 27, 2006 I have been with Alice since last October/November and I really need toget them on the phone NOW due to banking situation - I have tried tochange my method of payment from CB (card now cancelled due to changingbanks) to standing order online, not sure if this is taken into accountthough, can anyone tell me if they have done the same and whether itwas indeed taken into account from the form on their website. Thanks. I'm getting worried that they will cancel my subscriptionif they think I've deliberately stopped paying them (my CB is cancellednow so they won't get their money).
