I think you can dial 3131 to know the last number that called you.  But it doesn't seem to be very reliable in my experience.

Also lots of phones have a button you can push to get the last few numbers who called you.   But in my experience they are almost always withheld (salesmen etc, who don't leave messages)

This has been covered before, do a search of 3103 for the full dialogue, but in short the answer is No.  There is a code 3131 for finding out the last unanswered call but not the last caller..  There is a message system similar to 1571 on FT that can be accessed on 3103, but you have to set it up, if your French is not good you will not understand a word of it.[:)]  (Some peiople posted previously that they had used 3125 for the same purpose but according to FT that is for business lines, but apparently also works)
