searcher30 Posted March 20, 2006 Share Posted March 20, 2006 We are having a lot of problems with Free internet and dont seem to be able to use the main ADSL freebox but constantly on an emergency free line (plugs direct into phone socket). this blocks our phone and after nearly 3 months of Free messing us around we are really getting fed up but i have heard this may be an issue with France Telecom's phoen line which is not updated properly. can anyone help with advice? Also has anyone had any reimbursements for hassle?(been constantly on phone to them and they have already billed for all of March when the line only went live and that is on "free secours" (emergency set up) after about 8 days into march.thanks in advance.
