BJSLIV
You will need to buy a new card and start again with a new number. Your old one will have reallocated to a new SIM somewhere in the system.
Iceni
AFAIK yr number remains yr number for 6 months beyond the expiry of yr PAYG card. Details of amount and expiry of PAYG and expiry of phone number can be found by calling #123#.HTH for next time.Johnnot
Le_Jars
Yes, it seems I'll have to get a new SIM card, as the phone won't ring any number at all without it. Bugger!

Bugger![/quote]See the thread a few lower down the page.. “Cheapest SIMcard” . Seems when you buy a an NRJ pay-as-you-go SIM card, the credit doesn’trun out like it does with the others. (always struck me as one of the top ten greatrip-offs of all time). p
