probplem with using laptop with orange in UK

Hi, we had orange installed on our laptops and are now in the UK and find that we can not access any websites although we have connection to the internet. We had a computer consultant because we had problems installing it and he said he took off the parental control. However it appears that it is still on and prevents us from accessing any websites. We right-clicked the parental control icon to "desactive" but the word is greyed out and can not be selected.

We are desperate as we are travelling and need internet access. If anybody has had problems using laptops with orange outside France and away from the live-box I would very much appreciate any advice.
