It will be available on:-Eutelsat.- Hotbird 7a, Adlantic bird 2 and Eurobird 1. The idea was to counter the "anglosaxon bias" in world 24 hour news and will be news from a French prospective. Since the channel is funded by the French state it's likely to be an organ of government propaganda like the rest of the French media but we shall see.
