Spam software

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a free spam programme download that is easy to install and will do the trick? I'm getting so much rubbish emailed to me particularly viagra, rolex watches, online chemists and the nigerian sob stories and I can't seem to block them.

I'm a bit nervous about downloads as I'm worried I'll click the wrong button and jam the computer! Therefore need an an easy one.

Cat - we use the free version of SPAMFIGHTER.  You can easily download it from here:

http://www.spamfighter.com/Community_Default.asp

They do offer a pay version, but, so far, we have been pleased with the free one.  A few spam emails get through now and then, but most are blocked and put into the spam folder, so you can either accept them or mark them for future blocks, etc.  It is pretty simple to follow.
