They called me 6 days before the 2 months notice was up to ask WHY? and then offered me 6 months ADSL free... but I'd had too many problems with them and I told them if they'd bothered to solve my technical problem in the first instance, I'd still be with them... I have been with Tiscali (Alice) for 4 years and have now changed to another provider. The new provider was good enough to email me a very similar letter to yours Clair but they have not said that 2 months notice is required by Tiscali (Alice).
