France Telecom e-mail address

Has anyone got an e-mail address for contacting France Telecom about a billing query. Every route I take on their website just takes me to an FAQ.

You will get an English speaker if you telephone them on 0800 364 775 Mon-Sat 08.30-20.00.

If you're calling from outside France dial 0033 800 364 775 but then the call won't be free. French businesses are notoriously poor at responding to emails.

then up it comes.

Some companies and organisations are better than others at e-mail.  My tax office is excellent for instance, as are the ACO, on the e-mail front.
