It seems to get stuck after the "telecharge" page has loaded. Am I doing something wrong, or are the settings on my computer preventing me viewing the bill?Help please!! Pierre ZFP Posted July 13, 2007 Share Posted July 13, 2007 What format is the bill in? I'm not with Orange but my bill is in PDF format so you need the latest (free) version of Adobe Acrobat reader. If the webpage can't find Adobe then it won't open.. These problems dissapear with Firefox as it will just go and get what it needs. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
