tenniswitch Posted August 29, 2007 Share Posted August 29, 2007 I've been trying to login to my EDF account to update the email address (our ISP having, annoyingly, changed it), and I can't get in. Beyond a certain point (I think it's the monagence page), I just get a "Cannot connect" message. And, of course, the "Nous Contacter" link leads to FAQs, not online contact links.Anyone have any idea what's going on here? I've never had problems with access before. tenniswitch Posted August 31, 2007 Author Share Posted August 31, 2007 Today I got an email from EDF exhorting me to switch to online statements, so I decided to try again (still needed to change my email address as the old one will soon expire).Everything worked normally today.
