nimportequoi
Until recently I could click on an url in an email in Outlook and it would take me direct to the webpage. Now if I click on a url I just get a search box asking me to find the internet browser file. I use Firefox as my default browser and have tried de-installing and reinstalling it without success. I can't think of anything I've changed in my Outlook settings, I use AVG anti virus. It isn't a huge problem as I can copy and paste the url, but if anyone has any ideas of what I could try I'd be grateful to hear them.
Clair
Is there a drop-down menu option "open with" on right-click of the link?
Mr Coeur de Lion
My outlook is doing the same thing, ever since I installed Opera the other day. FF is still set as my default browser which is what I thought the problem might be. I'll have a shifty and post back later.
nimportequoi
OK, I've sorted the problem - I was doing a clean up last week and also deleted the orange software so something must have changed the configuration. I have windows XP and if you go to the configure programs by default on the start up menu, then personalise, you have the option to set the default browser there.
