nectarine Posted December 29, 2007 Share Posted December 29, 2007 At our last house we were able to find out who had called by dialling 3131, and the caller's number would be repeated back to you. We have now moved house and have another France Telecom landline but, if I miss a call and dial 3131, it tells me that there is no number stored!!! Does one have to subscribe to the 3131 service, or is it automatically provided? Any ideas what I am doing wrong?I have an answering machine but not everyone likes to leave a message. So, if I run to the phone and don't catch it in time, I should be able to dial 3131 and it will tell me the number that tried to dial me. But, for some reason, at our new address this service isn't giving us any information whereas at our old house it did. I know that I have missed calls but dialling 3131 just gives me a recorded announcement that no-one tried to call me.What on earth is going on?
