PaulT
Did a search but did not come up with anything.......Currently we have Virgin Media cable in the UK. In France we have a Sky box and card covering the free channels.Virgin have increased their charges and Sky is currently a lot cheaper so thinking of taking out a Sky subscription. If we took the UK card to France would it enable to view the channels that we subscribe to in the UK or only the FTA channels or not work at all?Paul
Anton Redman
Cards for the premium channels such as Sky Sport and Movies are paired to the box. General Interest lower cost packages such as Discovery and History work in any box.
PaulT
Thanks Anton - I was not contemplating any of the premium services so the switch looks good.Paul
Pierre ZFP
or just buy the one-off FTA card for one-off 20 quid and tell Murdoch to stuff the subscription. Loads of better things to do than watch telly anyway[:-))]
