Markradland
When receiving Sky through my Panasonic receiver over the last few days I am only receiving the picture in black and white. Could anyone confirm that it is the box that needs replacing or is there something I have not tried yet? Thanks in anticipation Mark
Clair
Can you borrow someone else's receiver and swap it with your Panasonic? That would clearly determine if it is at fault or not...

eurospark
Is the TV a French one, they are on a different format and can show in black and white sometimes. If it's an English TV then you could try to see if it's in SVHS mode. This would definatly cause it to be in black and white, and also the picture would be grainy and lacking in definition. On older Pana's there is a swithch on the back of the telly for AV2 input, newer ones are done via the remote. Hope this helps
