barani radjou Posted August 23, 2013 Share Posted August 23, 2013 I have a few doubts regarding the french government and its benefits My grandfather born in British India in 1911 and he settled down in french India and worked for french army I have been heard from my father that my grandfather got "immatriculation" may be a a residential permit I guess to settle in Frnech India . what is immatriculation ? when and how a person can apply for it ?I have been heard from my father that my grandfather got Rs 50 for each of his children including my father during every 11th November till his death (1979) .
