les Favets Posted February 15, 2008 Share Posted February 15, 2008 I have just purchased a new " Lexmark " Coloured Ink cartridge for my printer. In the past when fitting : No problem. This new cartridge mentions " New printhead inside " I have put in place as normal but the printing is not correct ie; on coloured reprints the coloures all have lines showing and the coloures are very light. The printing on the original picture for reprinting , has black wording and coloure pictures. The wording come out also the same coloures as the picture ie: pale green. I have tried to make contact with Lexmark direct but all the e-mail addresses being given on the web are coming up; " Not available " Can any one help please ?Regards Les Favets Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
