nectarine
I use Wanadoo and got a free disc from one of the computer shops - as I remember it was near the checkout. You can often find these free internet dial-up discs in the supermarkets. You just instal the disc and then make sure that your settings are checked to use this Internet service, and not your regular one, and away you go. The call charges just appear on your phone bill. I'm not sure if Wanadoo is the cheapest but it works on the PC I use in France, until we change to an ADSL service.
joidevie
Sounds like what I'm after.. Does anyone know of one that doesn't need a disk? I know there are companies who have a dial up service which give you a password and id (usually really basic like "password" & "internetcompany")Thanks
