David_Janet
Has anyone any experience of Medion computers (specifically laptops)? They are regularly promo'd by Aldi (and, I believe, Sainsbury's in uk) and they are also available through their own website. They seem to be very well specced and reasonably priced, and they are not cluttered up with junk software like Dell, but I wonder about reliability and day-to-day useability.RegardsDavid
JayJay
I had a Medion Notebook & it was excellent & hammered for about 3 years, then it went bang! A friend rehashed it for me & it's now my back up.
M
I used a Medion desk-top almost every day for over 5 years. It was bomb-proof. It was made using well-known components - Seagate HD, N-Vidia graphics card, Sony disc drives, Altec-Lansing speakers etc. If you Google Medion you will find that they are a big and well-reputed German electronics company. You should have no worries about reliability and quality.M
