Liveb', ox/Telephone Illimite is always busy, although Livebox light is on

I see earlier postings about routing a phone through the Livebox and I have just subscribed to the Telephone illimite service and set it up, it worked just fine.  Then after a few days, the phone light on the livebox would be off and when I went into the Livebox diagnostics it would say "inactive". Sometimes it would restart itself and the light would come on, or else I would have to unplug the LB and wait a few minutes.

Anyway, last night in the middle of a call, it went dead.  Unplugged, usual thing, but no light on the phone bit of the Livebox.  This morning, the light on the Livebox is on, my diagnostics say "active" but there is a busy tone when I try to dial anything out.  I have started it again, etc., but cannot make a call out through the Livebox as it is reading busy, although the light is lit.  And when,from another phone, i try to dial my 'secret' livebox phone, it comes out occupied!

Advice please, this is driving me crackers!!!!
