Phone calls through live box

Hi all

My husband has signed us up to the france telecom package where you can make free calls through your livebox. However every time I plug my phone into the livebox nothing happens. I am a bit of a techo phobe so perhaps there is something else I should be doing, can anyone help me please.

I'm no expert but have a look at

and check that you have gone through the procedure for activating the "virtual" line via your Livebox.

If it's not that I'm sure an expert will be along in a bit....
