Sometimes, when the computer is on and connected up to the internet, when someone rings us, we hear nothing this end and they say the phone rings and rings! AnOther Posted September 6, 2008 Share Posted September 6, 2008 I'm with Teleconnect and get this if 'er indoors is on the phone when I try to ring home from offshore, I presume it's because it's going through on VOIP as any other time it rings normally and the answerphone picks it up if necessary. Doesn't happen often enough for me to bother proving it conclusively or to try and find a way around it.Why not ask Teleconnect if you want to be sure, after all, isn't the English help one of, if not the main, reason for being with them in the first place [blink] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
