Mr Coeur de Lion Posted December 27, 2008 Share Posted December 27, 2008 I don't know if this will make any difference, but I always press the button on the livebox after entering the key on the pc and pressing connect.Failing that, try unplugging the livebox for a minute and then plug it in again, enter the key, hit connect then press the button. Nickd Posted December 28, 2008 Author Share Posted December 28, 2008 Many thanks both - having read the Orange instruction pages I realise that I have been putting gaps between the groups of characters when entering my Cle de securite and the instructions said no spaces. Now why would they give you a code with gaps and expect you to know not to put them in ..?
