oldgit72 Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 I am in the UK for a few months and whilst here I have purchased a 'dongle' that plugs into the back of my laptop enabling internet access whilst mobile as long as I am within range of the signal from the service provider. oldgit72 Posted January 4, 2009 Author Share Posted January 4, 2009 My son has told me that i should be able to insert a sim card from any French mobile phone provider who offers mobile phone surfing into my uk dongle to receive internet on my laptop in France. Has anyone experience of mobiles in France, in particular internet surfing via a mobile. I am interested in coverage and costs.
