TNT Aquitaine, Le Bugue transmitter?

I've just noticed that since the big blow earlier today neither of our TNT boxes are picking up signals, although we still have terrestrial French TV (TF1, France 2 and 3) through the same aerial..

Is it just me, or is there anyone else that would normally receive TNT from Le Bugue (sp??)  transmitter that has lost their signal?  I'm wondering whether the transmitter itself might be without power or experiencing problems.

If you scroll down a bit it does sound as though there's a problem at Audrix.

My pleasure Cat,  had I been in 24 at the moment I'd have driven over to Audrix and had a look.

Suspect that the analogue three are backed up by diesels, and that the TNT aren't and that ther'es been a power failure.  It's unlikely to be an antenna problem,  they can't take the risk at 200 m above ground level.   Distribution to Audrix is all satellite so it's unlikely that's failed due to a storm.

Let us know when they get it working,  just out of interest.

Gather it came back on sometime Sunday afternoon (so was off for best part of 24 hours).

You're right Martin, when I tried it at 8.30 last night it was back on.
