randhl Posted March 19, 2009 Share Posted March 19, 2009 We have signed up to the Orange package with Telephone, Internet and Television.However, we are unable to access our e-mail. We have logged onto the client espace entered our e-mail address which it recognises but the password which we were given does not work. We are in the UK at the moment so cannot phone the help line number that appears. Does anyone know any other way of obtaining a new password please? We tried the English customer e-mail address and got an automated response saying ring the number from France, it did also offer an 0800 number, but that was "not recognised" when we dialled it.
