JohnRoss Posted April 1, 2009 Share Posted April 1, 2009 UKNova had an April Fool joke running on their welcome page, an image of this is shown by aprilfoolsdayontheweb.com http://aprilfoolsdayontheweb.com/joke/6773/ which I found by doing a search after the event. However having looked at it earlier today it suddenly appeared as our background screen for the desk top some time later. The original background had been replaced with this. I was not laughing as spent most of the evening trying to get rid of it! Anybody else have this happen or is it some sort of weird coincidence that it should happen today. Scans for nasties gave no result and having replaced the unwanted picture the problem has not repeated itself yet but still worried that some undetected bug has got into our machine! Somewhat puzzled.........................JR P.S. UKNova deny all knowledge of this which is probably right as I am not suggesting they would do this intentionally!
