dragonrouge Posted April 11, 2009 Share Posted April 11, 2009 |Yesterday the system simply froze and then when we finally got it going the size of the screen had increased if you follow my meaning (I am non techie sorry) and the sizes were definately larger than before it froze. As though it had grown by 25%So the heads of the individuals are now cut off.So sorry for the lack of clarity but this is not my bag. Services (green oval button at top) -- 4 System Set Up -- 1 Picture Settings -- Picture Format You need to press sellect for each command at Picture Format try toggleing between 16/9 and 4/3 then go down menu to save new settings If that down not cure problem check out your TV manual for a similar command finally tryUnplug both the TV and the digibox, count to twenty, plug back in, alternatively switch off at mains then switch back on.
