milkeybar kid Posted April 17, 2009 Share Posted April 17, 2009 Well at last its fixed, the Saga started August 2008, Dell UK saying transfer on line to Dell France, Dell France collected laptop twice and only replaced the webcam ,(problem, that when webcam was active it shut down whole computer) spoke with PC World in Feb2009 who said I must get it back to UK Dell cos some parts are not the same spec in France!!!! , ahum!!! Anyway it gets back to UK in April Dell UK collects and replace MOB and LCD cable, its now fixed. Fingers crossed , but what a performance.
