Bugsy
A long running saga I know but has anyone come up with a definitive answer as to why some .fr emails get returned to sender ?
Lou
Bugbear, I don't think it's the .fr which causes the problems but rather the ISP. I have problems on a regular on/off basis (if that's possible) with Orange/Wanadoo and BT/Yahoo in the UK - it seems that orange.fr / wanadoo.fr get "black-listed" by other providers for excessive spam (which judging by the number of spam emails I get on my Wanadoo address is probably perfectly justified though very annoying....) My yahoo.fr address doesn't seem to cause any problems with any other provider - so far.Hope that helpsLou
bubbles
That is exactly my experience too.If I send e mails from my wanadoo address to my daughter in law in America, they are always returned undelivered (a week later which is annoying)If I use my yahoo address, all is fine.OH is very cynical about this - something to do with troops being withdrawn!!! and the US hating the French
Mr Coeur de Lion
US should love the French. They helped win them independence.Anyway, we have problems sending from Orange as well, mainly to bigpond (which is basically Telstra). Always being bounced back. You'd think they'd have figured something out by now.
