slowor difficult connexion to neuf.internet--why??

HI,

I have had neuf.modem about 5years and receently have found it extremely difficult to get on line wheras preeviously no big deal

I am not a computer buff so any non technical explanation would help.

I have 512 haut debit and the small adsl modem supplied has been changed a year ago by a Billion wireless  model although I use it connected to my computer.
