billy10
Managed to connect PC to television using a super video cable and an audio cable , works ok but if I play a film it plays in extreme wide screnn i.e 6 inch,s high and full width screen, so using about a third of the screen height, I have tried changing the aspect of the tele but it does not make a lot of difference.Anyone out there got any ideas of why ???ThanksBilly
Clarkkent
You will need to change the settings on your PC graphics card.Right click on your desktop and click on Properties and then Settings.
Mr Coeur de Lion
If you're using the pc to play avi format movies and the like, I don't think there is any way of changing it, it's just the way the movie has been ripped and those bands are effectively "part" of the movie. If it's a dvd you're playing, then I think you need to play around with the tv and computer settings to get the right aspect ratio. I've never had much sucess with it to be honest.
