Loire
Hi allSorry, very dull about Sky etc. Have a Skybox in France with a card using my uk address. Signed up and paid £100 today for Cinemoi for a year. After I paid, the chap to whom I spoke at Cinemoi asked me to try the relevant channel to make sure Cinemoi was working. It was. When I tried to get into it later, after watching other channels, a message came up asking me for my pin number, and it will not let me access it without that. I know that it is best if Sky don't know that I am using the Skybox in France, so thought it best to ask one of you experts first. Am I doing something really stupid, have I done something stupid by unknowingly paying for something I can't access? Is there some way I can access it without a pin number?Any advice gratefully received.RegardsLoire
Clair
Some films require a pin number:Why am I being asked for a PIN number at the beginning of a movie? Forany movie rated 12 and above you will be required to enter your SKY pinto view the movies this is to prevent younger children viewingunsuitable scenes. The PIN is often the same as the last 4 digits ofyour viewing card, however may have been changed by the cardholder. Itwill be the same as your default Sky PIN used for access to all Premium& PayPerView events.http://www.cinemoi.tv/faq#n116
