AnOther
My OH has inherited a Leclerc PAYG Sagem myX5-2T which is for the mobile contact phone for a charity group she is involved in. The charity is for primarily for British clients but at the moment all calls are being diverted to answerphone which is in French which is understandable of course but in the circumstances not too helpful. So far she has not been to find out how to change it to an English message so has anybody got any clues please ? Clair
I believe the "diversion to answer-phone" is a phone setting rather than a network setting. The answer-phone settings should be available when dialling 123.
AnOther
Hi Clair. The actual diversion settings are not the main problem it's the changing of the answer message to English when in the Messengerie.OH French is coming on in leaps and bounds (unlike someone else's [:$]) but she is still struggling to understand the spoken options and instructions. Clair
Once you've dialled 123, type 1 to record your personal message or type 2 to only record your name.

Clair
As I have not recorded either a message or a name, I can only guess at either * or # to save the changes.
Danny
after recording the message press # (dièse - for those who don't already know, of course!) and then # again to save it if you are happy with it.Danny
