Will Posted October 22, 2009 Share Posted October 22, 2009 This site explains it rather well.It refers to England, Wales and Scotland, but that is of course said with a nod to Sky's broadcasting licence. The method works equally well for France or anywhere else, although do note the remark about the narrow spot beam of transmission which affects the southern part of France.I believe channels can be added similarly to Freesat receivers (the frequencies etc will be exactly the same); you will have to refer to the maker's instruction manual.Edit - yes, they can.
