Humph Posted January 15, 2010 Share Posted January 15, 2010 I am having problems accessing some web sites in UK and my understanding is that my server (Alice)is blocking the sites I am getting no help from Alice they are telling me that it is a microsoft issue. I can acess those sites from a Orange connexion wifi with the same laptop as I use at home. Any sugestions. Please in simple terms. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
AnOther Posted January 15, 2010 Share Posted January 15, 2010 I don't know why this happens, can be many reasons, but I had a lot of such problems towards the end when I was with Teleconnect (spit), they always said 'not our problem' but tellingly I've not experienced it once since I changed to Orange !Download Visual Route Lite and then test a problem Alice site to see where it is being blocked.Might not help solve the problem but at least you will see where it is.
