Quillan Posted January 20, 2010 Share Posted January 20, 2010 The decoder is for your TV. If you don't have better than 2MB speed you need a dish for your decoder. It also has to be plugged in to your Livebox and then there is a SCART connector to connect it to your TV. I think you need 4Mb or more to get HD and I am not too sure if you get HD via the dish but the decoder is capable of receiving it as their is a connector socket on decoder.
