rowland
We have received a telephone directory for the first time and noticed that several people have two numbers noted - one which starts with the regional number as normal and a second number which starts with 09. Can anyone tell us why there are two different numbers listed please.Thank you

Mr Coeur de Lion
Can people overseas phone the VOIP number? I've had people from the States struggle getting through.
Martin963
I'm pretty sure that from abroad 09 numbers are expensive to ring, if you can get them at all.I say that because my SIM card operator in France (Simyo) has an 00 33 9 number for calling them from abroad for top-ups, assuming one can't top up via the web. I got my phone comany in Britain to check the cost (which they did by ringing the number themselves as they couldn't find the relevant tariff) and it came out at 30 p per minute.OUCH!
