chirpy
hi,For emergency use only when out in the car I have an old Nokia phone which is simple to use...about 12 years old.2 years ago when in uk ,I was having problems, as I used the SFR sim card in France and an 02top up card replaced it in the U.K.The shop said my phone was useless .....so I bought a new Moterola and orange top-up card. When I returned to France I found my Nokia was working ok. again. Now perhaps the Nokia is nearing death with battery charging problemsetc. can I put the SFR top-up card fromit into the Moterola phone??I am not worried about retainig numbers as it is purely for calls out.THANKS .[8-)]
Quillan
As long as the phone is 'de-blocked' it should be fine.
AnOther
Why don't you just try it. It will work or it won't, no harm can befall either the phone or the SIM.
