Jonzjob
I have a question for a friend who is going to be traveling down through France on their peniche. Quite often they find that there are Neuf free wifi areas in the marinas, etc. that they stop, but they need a password. Is it possible that the password is a common password throughout France. They have tried to find out what the password is, but with no successes.Sorry but I am not up on these things?
Quillan
I don't know much about inland ports but in coastal ports you visit the Capitainerie and they will give you the WAP key. The ones I have visited always have a different key to the next or previous port. Once you have the key for a particular port its the same when you return.Hope that helps. Jonzjob
I had an idea that this is how it would work too, but only having the info second hand it is difficult?I will pass that onto my friends. They will be coming over in a couple of months time so they may well be able to get more info then. One of the problems they do have is that, typically, here the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing as far as VNF is concerned. One part has not even any idea when others are going to be closed for service over the closed season?
