My wife has a new lap top and she wants to get all her mail ect onto it,i have set that up for her but she has two hotmail accounts and thats my problem.How do i transfer all her old emails and photos from her old address to the new one,please any help in simple terms please.

Can't you just forward them to the new address?

But is it really a problem if she has two hotmail accounts? Just keep the emails on her old account and use the new one. She'd only need to log onto the old account if she ever needed to refer to an old email.

Agree with Richard. Send all your old Emails to the new address. The beauty is that she will be able to prepare the ground first by having specific folders ready to welcome the new arrivals.

Not to me but what do i know,the only problem is her old account kept getting logged out as someone kept trying to get into it so we want to close it down if possible and forget about it.
