Change From Neuf box to France Telecom

Is there any advantage in the following.

I am considering changing from Neuf box to France Telecom Livebox. In the last 2 years we have lost the phone line (the actual France telecom wire was cut on all 3 occasions) for a total of 90 days. I get the impression that non FT clients are at the end of the queue for line repairs.

I have Orange and you are probably right as we have had very few problems and when we have its been sorted very quickly.

Other than that I can't see that one has much of an advantage over the other, I mean they do much the same thing, except on the support side of things.
