Will
You could take out another e-mail address with a different provider, maybe through a free dial-up account. Looking up the IP address shows you are using orange.fr. Orange, and most other French e-mail servers, do get blacklisted from time to time, but seldom all at once. Your IP address comes up as 'unverified' at the McAfee 'trusted source' site, which means it is worse than 'minimal risk' but better than 'medium risk', so I don't know why it should be blocked, other than anti-French bias by the receiving server (seemingly not uncommon if you are sending to or via the USA, which the hotmail IP address quoted in your example suggests is probably the case). woolybanana
The IP might have been detected as sending out loads of spam or worse and could have been taken over as part of a botnet and hence blocked.
