Jako
If you do not use a Sky or Freesat box, you need to scan the new frequencies manually to retain the BBC channels. For the new BBC satellite frequencies click here: BBC website
Martin963
Many BBC channels haven't moved, so don't feel you have to fiddle unless you're missing something you really need; (such as friends who lost Northern Ireland BBC 1 & 2).Radio services are unaffected. Danny
Terry, You mention freesat but I am a little confused.'freesat' boxes should update themselves without any need to change any frequencies on your part. You should find that a simple unplugging and turning on again will sort out the missing channels. Can you please confirm the make and model of your satellite box (decoder) for us?DannyPS I lost BBC4 too... I don't have a freesat box but it was easily found though
Just Chris
Just rescan, as if you had just bought the box - it does work...Chris
Martin963
Curiously our freesat box in Devon with which I have recently been re-united hasn't updated. Probably because it wasn't powered at the time the changes took place. I shall have to do a manual rescan later today. But normally freesat is pretty reliable.
