Keelstow
I need a card for calls back to the UK for the easter and summer holidays I will be taking this year.any suggestions of ones that will last the whole duration, in terms of validity for up to six months. I 've seen them for sale in the supermarkets but not sure about terms. Seemed cheap enough and better than mobiles for long callsthanks for any pointersmartin
cooperlola
IMHO, it is far cheaper to buy a UK card - the call charges between European countries tend to be far cheaper in my experience. Tescos are quite reasonable.

cooperlola
I find that odd because I only go to the UK a couple of times a year and my card never goes out of date (it's PAYG) - you can top up on line. T-Mobile the same.
Quillan
If your staying in a B&B quite a few allow free international calls mainly because they get unlimited free calls in their comms package anyway, well we do and we allow guests to call up to 100 different countries. You can always ask, the worse they can say is no.
